You must be at least 18 years old to register and use c4444. Age verification may be requested at any time. Underage use is strictly prohibited.
Each player may hold only one c4444 account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
All balances on c4444 are held in PKR. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, and other accepted methods are subject to the cashier terms below.
All promotions and bonuses offered by c4444 carry specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Abuse of bonus offers may result in forfeiture.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the c4444 website at c4444.asia and all associated games, betting markets, and services (collectively the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use c4444.
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age to register or use any part of c4444. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. c4444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player may maintain only one (1) registered Account on c4444. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. c4444 is not liable for errors or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by a Player.
2.5 Verification. c4444 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require identity verification documents ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or permitting continued account use. Required documents may include a valid national ID (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
3.1 Credentials. You are responsible for keeping your c4444 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify c4444 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. c4444 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.3 Session Security. You must fully log out of your c4444 Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. c4444 implements automatic session timeouts as a precautionary measure, but this does not substitute for your own security responsibility.
4.1 Accepted Methods. c4444 accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and USDT, subject to availability. Accepted methods may change at c4444's discretion without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All Account balances are held in PKR. Where a deposit is made in another denomination, conversion to PKR will be applied at the rate determined by c4444 at the time of processing.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by c4444 and displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These may be amended at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed subject to verification checks and anti-fraud review. c4444 targets processing within the timeframes indicated in the cashier, but does not guarantee specific processing times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 15–60 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to network availability.
4.5 Own Payment Methods. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
4.6 Bonus Balances. Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Players must meet applicable wagering conditions in full before requesting withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on c4444 is governed by individual game rules displayed within the respective game interface or sportsbook market. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.
5.2 Finality of Results. All game outcomes and sporting results are final once confirmed by c4444's systems or the relevant sports data provider. Disputes regarding results must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.
5.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, c4444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. c4444 is not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and in aggregate, as displayed within the Platform. c4444 reserves the right to limit individual Players' betting stakes at its discretion.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions on c4444 are subject to individual promotion terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. Promotion terms are published alongside each offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Abuse. c4444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where it reasonably believes a Player has abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other behaviour inconsistent with the spirit of promotional offers.
6.4 Amendments. c4444 may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to eligible Players.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on c4444 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any other remedies available:
8.1 Player Tools. c4444 provides Players with responsible gaming tools including configurable deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account settings section after logging in. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon application and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from technical failures outside c4444's reasonable control.
10.2 c4444's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits c4444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.
11.1 c4444 may suspend or close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Upon Account closure for breach, c4444 may forfeit the Account balance where permitted under these Terms. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any required investigations.
11.3 A Player may close their own c4444 Account at any time by contacting support. Available balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of withdrawal processing.
c4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the Platform or registered email address with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use of c4444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should close their Account before the amendments take effect.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between you and c4444 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through c4444's internal dispute process in the first instance. Players must submit dispute notifications in writing to the c4444 support team within 30 days of the relevant event. c4444 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 28 days of receipt.
